WARNING:  FLORIDA'S 2 MOST DANGEROUS CANDIDATES
Senate District 14 - Shawn Harrison (R)
Senate District 15 - Geraldine Thompson(D)
These two candidates were de-elected by voters for their radical iconoclastic positions but are back on the ballot for another try.  Harrison campaigned on historical monument destruction in his last campaign.  Geraldine "Taliban" Thompson sponsored legislation seeking to dig up graves of American veterans from the south if they were in city cemeteries.
US CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATES
RECOMMENDED:  Congressional District 3 - JUSTIN J. WATERS (R)  - Active proponent of historic preservation.
WARNING: Congressional District 15 - LAUREL LEE (R)  - She presided over the loss of 3 historic memorial monuments in Florida National Register Historic Districts while was Secretary of State, and responsible for preserving them (St. Augustine, Pensacola, and Bartow).  Local news reports call her "Florida's Nikki Haley".

WARNING:  Congressional District 18 - SCOTT FRANKLIN (R) - Voted to move historic veterans memorial in the most 'in tact' National Register Historic District in Florida in Lakeland's Munn Park Historic District.
OTHER STATE AND LOCAL CANDIDATES
WARNING: Secretary of Agriculture - WILTON SIMPSON (R) - As a member of Florida's cabinet this position impacts various aspects of Florida history.  As Senate president, Simpson was not pro-history and blocked monument  protection bills in the Senate using committee chairmen, who he appointed, as his excuse.

RECOMMENDED:  Hillsborough Co. Commission - KEN  HAGAN (R) - As a Commissioner, he voted against the radical left to protect a historic war memorial.

WARNING:  Hillsborough Co. Commission - CHASE HARRISION (R) - Though a veteran, he states he would have voted with the radical left to move a historic war memorial from government property.

RECOMMENDED:  Putnam Co. Commission - JEFF RAWLS (R)  - A veteran who while on the Commission advocated a local protection ordinance. Signed an oath to preserve historic monument at County Courthouse.

RECOMMENDED:  Putnam Co. Commission - TOM WILLIAMS (R) - Signed an oath to preserve historic monument at County Courthouse.

RECOMMENDED:  City of Pensacola Mayor - STEVE SHARP (R) - Supports restoration of historic National Register Historic District veterans cenotaph memorial.
